Waited almost four hours, only to be informed that the windshield for my car was defective and a new one had to be ordered, so I would be called when the new one came. Otherwise, the young lady was exceptionally courteous, apologetic, and professional. That was six days ago. Will update my rating when my windshield is fully replaced.

Unfortunately we've had a pretty bad experience so far. We went in to get the vehicle we had our minds set on but after test driving it for a day or so, it was Jerking/shaking on the road pretty badly and the check engine light came on so we took it back to Autonation who claimed they fixed the problem for us. After test driving it for another day it was driving so much better, so we ignorantly signed the papers for the vehicle..after they claimed the belt that was slipping was fixed. Fast forward a couple of payments later the car started shaking and jerking once again on the road and the check engine light came on. We have a family of 5 including our children and at this point it wasn't safe to continue to drive. So we thought because we have the platinum warranty that they claimed was the best coverage and that covered "everything" on the vehicle let just take it back. We took it in and explained we had only made a few payments and the car is doing the exact same thing it was doing before we signed for the vehicle and that they had claimed they had fixed it. Autonation proceeded to tell us that if it was the same problem they would fix it for us but if it was a different issue then we would have to pay roughly $200 just to get the vehicle back. We let them take the vehicle and never heard back so after over a week we called Ford who was fixing the vehicle and they told us that not only was it not the same issue ( which we're sure it was ) but that is was the catalytic converter which would cost $2000+ to fix and it was one of the things that was not covered in the platinum warranty that covered "everything ". So basically they sold us a lemon. I would not wish this on any family so please be careful when purchasing a vehicle that already has issues while your test driving it.

Nick and the facilities have been absolutely amazing. I have texted with Nick a lot and he is always beyond nice and helpful. Any concerns I had have been addressed and more than taken care of. I will be shopping at AutoNation anytime I am in the market and I will be suggesting it to everyone due to the phenomenal customer service provided from Nick and the whole lot.

A few days ago I was shopping pre owned cars with my Dad and we decided to take a quick look at the selection here at Autonation USA. I had my windshield replaced recently due to the parts shortage I had to wait like 2½ weeks on my 2022 Tucson. Everyone there was professional, just wish they communicated better with me and AutoNation windshield insurance needs to be on the ball and fix these windshields, those bullseyes turn into a crack very quick and they cannot repair it for like a week and then it got worse and I had to get a new windshield but AutoNation windshield Insurance took care of it.. and a shuttle to take me back to my home while AutoNation 4 or 5 hours to install a windshield. Other than that. I can't complain they did a great job.

Came by to look at a nissan rogue, Joe Lane helped me out through the whole process, the one I originally looked at had some work that needed to be done. He helped me find a similar vehicle in their used inventory and helped me find a 2015 rogue SL. 72k miles for under 20k! Most of my dealership experiences came from a salesmen being pushy. Joe didn't do that at all and was paticent with my daughter despite her being 3 and being a handful. Highly recommend getting in touch with him when you stop by.

I bought a used Toyota FJ Cruiser from them. It had a fairly high number of miles but FJ's have a big following and command a premium, and they are known for going over 300k miles. Anyway it had to go into the shop within the first few weeks of owning it. Ball joints were shot. So about $1700 in repairs right off the bat. Oh well I guess it is the risk of buying a car with this many miles, but it still leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I seem to remember in the add it said it had been 'gone over for issues' or something along those lines and nothing was found. Not sure how hard they looked. Oh well - I let the dealer know and we'll see what happens. Not expecting anything though. Not sure how much to blame the dealer but because of having to do a big repair in roughly the first month of owning the vehicle I'm going to go with 3 stars.

Great experience with Everyone at AutoNation USA Corpus Christi. I was greeted with kind words and had the vehicle waiting for me to test drive. Gave me a fair offer on my old vehicle, which is why we were able to make a deal on the vehicle I bought from them. The only issue I had was the time spent at the dealership. I feel I should of not had to spend 4 and half hours waiting to close and sign paper work when I brought all the copys of paper work required of me as per their check list. To get the work done that was a part of the deal when we purchased the vehicle has taken 2 months and counting, writhing on one part yet. The battery that we were told was brand new and just out in was junk and when we called they wanted to charge us $100 to diagnose it. Well the battery store did that for free and sure enough the battery had a dead cell. Took the junk new battery back to Autonation and they said they couldn?t do anything for us because we didn?t bring it to them to diagnose. Who would for $100, and so far I?ve been smarter than their techs every time ( I did spend much of my life working with cars). But this doesn?t make them look too good, nor do I have much faith in what they are capable of. They replaced a broken seatbelt and left it with no trim cover. They weren?t sure they could program a key for me ( I did it my self at home). Another one of my remotes wasn?t working and they played with it and said they changed the battery, I had the same problems. I went and bought a battery and put it in and the thing works great. We love the vehicle, the GM seemed nice, the service advisor is friendly, but pretty much everything else is lacking.

Service person was rude and didn't tell me what I needed to know when I needed to know. He acted like he had something against me and he was not helpful or personable.
