The offer was more then fair and quite quick to get it started. However the waiting for paperwork and corporate office to actually approve and sign everything and cut the check took about 3 hours total. I was told 1 hour max but then once theu started they said it would take a lot longer due to it being end of month. That is the only complaint otherwise I would highly reccomend to others

Today I worked with the fantastic Morgan and stellar Canon, both of whom completely revolutionized what good customer service looks like. Morgan was able to hold good on her word and assure my sold car received the maximum amount she could allot. This kind gesture meant more than just some pretty numbers on a check; it also meant that her interest in helping benefit my situation was stemmed from a real place of passion in helping others. Morgan defied what it meant to give your customers a great experience and I am so thankful for her! Canon was a class act with his absolute willingness to drive me home after I sold my vehicle. It would’ve been a 5 mile walk for me and I recently had an unsuccessful foot surgery, so it would’ve been long, tiring, exhausting and painful. But because Canon, like Morgan, is dedicated to assuring he provides excellent customer service so that the customers feel welcome and important/valued. The vehicle I had bought here has issues,broken headlight assembly, pits in the windshield, and the car looks liked it was used in bumper cars, it has crazy wobble at 35 to 50 mph, and when i brought it up to the salesman, was told not to worry about it as it's probably part of lane assist. So I over looked it, trusting his judgement, (clearly a bad idea on my part) The checkout and purchase of the vehicle was outstanding. But the empty promises made by people I've talked with about getting this vehicle fixed is ridiculous. I've spoken to 2 salesman and I belive the service manager. Was told the earliest I'd hear from him was Wednesday, it's currently Saturday and I have had no emails, calls or texts from anyone. I am extremely displeased with the outcome of this. I'm paying well over what the car is worth and to have the vehicle fixed shouldn't be this difficult. I am removing my five star recommendation because this is appalling and ridiculous. In future purchases I will not be coming back to this dealership. Update, after a period and a bottle to get parts, the vehicle has been fixed, and at no cost to me, so that was nice.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that they can improve on their transparency and communication with the customer while closing the deal. After totaling my car, I was not looking forward to purchasing a new vehicle. After googling similar models, I showed interest in a couple cars and within 2 hours Pedro called and emailed me in response. Once I came in, both Tyler and Pedro were incredibly helpful and friendly and I felt had my best interest at heart, without trying to push me to buy anything out of my budget. My daughter purchased a mini cooper from AN about 5 months ago and it turned out to have serious mechanical issues. She only was able to drive the vehicle for a couple of weeks during that time, due to the continuous repairs. Casey, the sales manager, and Michael, the service manager, as well as Bill, the finance manager, have been incredibly helpful in resolving this. They let her trade in the vehicle for a newer, much more reliable one and gave her most of what she had paid for the mini, as well as a great deal on the newer car. I just got approved to finance a vehicle for the first time. My income wasn't very easily verifiable so the process was difficult, to say the very least. Joshua, whom is still relatively new to the position, was very helpful and transparent every step of the way. And working with the man in finance, Devin, was an absolute pleasure! This man worked all day long for 2 days, went entirely above and beyond, to get my fiance and I approved for the perfect car within our budget. They saw my frustration as the process continued to take longer, and by the end of the second day, my fiance and I left the dealership, after close because they stayed late to help, with gas put in the vehicle, with very big and genuine smiles on our faces. I was originally going to the Broadway location to buy a car as well to trade in my 2020 Santa Fe, but that location was going to offer my about $6k less for the trade in. So this location definitely beat them on the trade in on that aspect. When it came to finding something I was looking for, the suv I was looking at on their website was already gone but another one did peak my interest. Because the time of the day, we couldn’t make the final sale (but I was able to test drive the vehicle and I already love it and it had a moon roof). We were able to finalize the paperwork (yes, it did take some time, won’t lie there, that stuff always takes time to do) but everyone was super patient and professional as well. They were straight forward from the get go about the suv that I did picked, and never tried to talk me out of it. They did also give me other options as well (prior to buying the suv). They have treated us good so far.

This was my first time selling my car to a dealer. In the past, I had always sold to an individual or traded the car in toward purchase of a different new car. I didn't know what to expect since the general consensus seems to be that dealers can be a bit 'dodgy' at times. My experience was exactly the opposite: Kelly Gee was straightforward, very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to deal with. The transaction was smooth and fair. Meeting and speaking with Kelly was an additional bonus.
NOTE: I was selling my car....NOT shopping for a new car, but that's not an option to choose. Nevertheless, I want to post the review because of the great experience.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing my 16 year old's first vehicle from Jordan (sales person) and Anthony (manager) that began even before we arrived on the lot. After a fruitless search all over Colorado, we found a vehicle online at Auto Nation 104 that seemed promising. I inquired about viewing it same-day and received a personal phone call rather than an automated text response, which was a refreshing touch after all of the disappointments during the day. We scheduled to see the vehicle and were on our way when we received a call from Anthony thanking us for our interest in advance and letting us know they were available all day if we had any questions before our arrival. About an hour out, we received another phone call from Jordan explaining that the vehicle we were coming to see had just experienced an electrical problem and would have to go back to their service department and they would not sell us a faulty vehicle. We decided to continue to the dealership to see that specific vehicle as well as look at other potential options. We ended up finding a option that we liked even better and walked out with the car and keys that evening! Honest, up-front, not pushy, very helpful. I very much appreciate that not a single person was condescending because two females (myself and sister) were the customers. The whole experience was positive and I am grateful and recommend this dealership!

The staff here is very friendly to start. Sonia is delightful. I sold my car here and they gave me the best offer! Over $2000 more than any other place. They are better than a big dealership honestly. They actually take all types of car for their inventory and sell just those so they are able to give you more money then other dealerships.
