Set up a time that worked with his schedule, showed us a few options that had the technology he wanted and stayed within his price point. This experience was definitely smooth and Sam Colina did a great job answering all our questions. Tina in finance helped secure a loan at a good rate. They even stayed late to accommodate my sons busy school/work schedule.

Bought my car from them like 3 or 4 months ago when I first got it the ac wasn’t working I took it back and they fixed it now a month passed but and my door sensor is acting up I haven’t had time to call them and now when I did they’re telling me they can’t look at it because they don’t have a service department this is honestly annoying and confusing

Came in to get a value on my trade and they offered me more than KBB. Ended up trading it for a newer model F-150 and they were very upfront about pricing. I was able to take my time and make a decision without any pressure. Everything was awesome except when I saw the car I loved it?s interior was dirty. They took it for ?detailing? and cleaning but it came back roughly the same, they just sprayed the tires and seats ?. There where splashes of something on the door plastics and white dog hair everywhere, dust on touch screen and air conditioner little blind things. That part really annoyed me because there was no point in them taking the vehicle.

Wow! I was talking with Paul Terailleur over phone yesterday regarding the Tacomas they had available, and came across a forest green model I really liked. I went in a few hours later, and Paul was such a cool dude. We test drove the truck while listening to some good old Ed Sheeran, and when I absolutely fell in love with it, we went inside to estimate payments, and my apr was at 21% because of how new my credit history is. My gut told me to stick it through though, I thought it felt right all things considered once I had thought it out. After a couple hours of signatures and fun conversation, I caught on to how cool all the people here are. They really care about each other and their customers and it was truly nice. And then, low and behold, after signing some papers with Paul, Johanna (I’m so sorry if I spelled your name wrong I lost the business card) took me back to her office and had casually bumped my apr down to 9.99%, and that’s when I knew it was meant to be. I’m so grateful to these people for being so helpful, and especially patient, because we had some struggles with insurance for a couple hours so I could leave to lot, but we managed to get out just before the dealership closed, thanked everyone in the office, and celebrated with Paul who got me a full tank on the house, which was awesome. Although my wallet has filed 8 restraining orders against me, I’m still happy. Thank you guys, you all deserve the best and I’m really glad I got to work with you. Great overall experience. I bought a 2018 explorer and love it. After brining it home, I found a few issues that should have been corrected before purchasing. The autonation team agreed to fix everything and I also have a 3 month warranty on the car in general, which was a huge selling point. My only complaint is that when I took the car to correct the issues, they had it about a week. (I had only driven the car from the dealer to home and back and it was in our garage the whole time. so when I brought it to them, it was still sparking clean.) Upon them returning the car, I found they parked it under a tree for a week or so and the outside was FILTHY. Unfortunately, they did not bother cleaning it and returning it to me in the same condition in which I brought it. Would have been nice if they washed off the outside. But other than that, it was a great experience and I am overall very happy.

5 stars PLUS!. I purchased a used car early May 2022. I had a very good experience here with Paul my salesman and Joe the Finance Manager. I was leary due to bad reviews. I found AutoNation USA to be friendly, professional, and helpful. I purchased an older car and a 2 year warranty. The cars are clean, they let me test drive it, and worked with me on the warranty length and price. None of that car salesman BS talk. I had planned to buy from Carmax, but they never had my car in town and shipping was out of my budget. Carmax did not show me their warranty in writing. AutoNation told me the AutoNation warranty is more comprehensive. I dont know but I'm covered for 2 years for engine and transmission should a problem arise. AutoNation gave me a ride to the bank to help complete the transaction. Paul put a air freshener in my car, found rubber floor mats in another car and gave them gave them to me, and they filled up my gas tank. I really appreciated all those things. Its difficult to buy cars at this time with high inflation, but they tried to make the experience as pleasant as possible. If i ever need another car, I'm calling Paul and Joe. Life isn’t perfect and the vehicle had an issue and left me in a bad situation. They stood up for what was right and absolutely did everything in there power to correct my vehicles issues. This is the 2nd vehicle we have bought from an Auto Nation dealership. This time however we used a different location. The one thing we can say over and over again is that the customer service especially from Paul T was outstanding. Autonation sold me a lemon. I already had to pay close to how much I bought the car for in only repairs. Their warranty covers about a tire and that’s the only good thing about it everything else is horrible never coming back here again.

By far one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had, and I’ve been to a lot of dealerships. Customer service was great and they didn’t try and okay any games like some of the bigger brand named places. They were honest and got me exactly what I was looking for. Hubaldo was great to work with, he and his manager were pleasant and patient with me. Even when they know I would not be buying the vehicle I came to see they helped narrow down my search (which included vehicles they did not have). After leaving there I went to another dealership that was horrible, I waited around for someone to help me for almost 30 minutes and then felt like I was an inconvenience to them when I wasn’t sure and was asking questions about the vehicle I was looking at. I kept wanting to go back to Hubaldo’s and be treated decently and not pressured. I would absolutely go back.
