everything in general was very good, only the only thing they should improve is the interest rate they start wanting to give you super high interest, I have a very good credit history that is around 800 points and even so they wanted to give me 12.99 interest. The truth is, I was about to go to another place thanks to that, And even so, I ended up with a 7.99 interest rate that is still high and they don't even take into account my information or my credit history to get that number, they act as if it were an auction of how much you want and how much I can give you that seemed very bad taste, my family has bought 4 cars with this one from auto nation and I think it will be the last . . .

We had been used car shopping for over a week. We thought we knew the vehicle we wanted and a price point. Daniel was great to work with. He brought out two cars with the most features we were looking for in our price range. One was the Nissan Murano, which we hadn't even considered. Daniel knew a lot about the car which he shared during the test drive. Andy, Joel and Jessie were also engaged and helpful. Now, this is an "auto dealer" note the dealer in the name. One has to do due diligence, and press them to repair anything found to be not working. Persistence and follow up frequently got our new used car to us with repairs completed within 3 weeks. We thank Daniel and the team for our Murano. We are really happy with this car.

Gavin, our sales associate was amazing! Answered all our questions with knowledge. Never any pressure to buy, let us go over the vehicle with and fine toothed comb and gave space to me and my wife to speak privately. Nicole in finance could not have been anymore pleasant. She went over all docs, never tried to upsell us on anything and was efficient to the end. And to top it all off, they filled my fuel tank and did a great job in washing/detailing the vehicle. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle when the time comes!!!

Fernando located that Jeep Wrangler for me, and I also got a WAY BETTER offer for trading in my old vehicle, which made the purchase possible for me. The process of getting the new Jeep took a few days longer than planned, because It needed a few repairs, but the driving experience when I got it was worth the wait. I still got a few small paperwork and machanical matters to cross, but It looks like they are on top of things, so in general I would definitely highly recommend the place!

I guess car dealers just can't get you out in less than 3 hours when you buy a car. 5 stars for Brandon being a not-pushy, helpful salesman. 1 star for the process. When are they going to figure out how to make this take 15 minutes?

This was a great experience. We tried Carvana because we didn't want to have to deal with haggling. The price was what they promised. We came with our own financing and they worked to beat it and also got us better terms for the holidays. Our contact Cade who sold us the car was professional and easy to talk to. He told us the issues he saw with the vehicle so there was nothing hidden. Would definitely be using them in the future.

Edit 10/26/2022: updating rating to 4 stars Ok, so the battery died three days after we bought the car, however AutoNation reimbursed us for the cost, which was much appreciated. At just about 40 days of ownership, the car started making a funny noise and we took it in for service. Turns out, we need a whole new transmission However, the cost is covered under the 90 day and extended warranty, so the only inconvenience is that we don't have our own car but a dealer loaner. This experience has been a thing, but I feel like there is an honest attempt to help and that's worth something.

Today my husband and I went to AutoNation after visiting a few other dealerships. We felt dismissed at the other places but as soon as we walked into AutoNation we were greeted by a very friendly Derek and immediately felt at ease. We had very specific qualifications, and didn’t want to waist anybody's time looking for something we didn’t want. As soon as we told Derek what we needed, he immediately went to his inventory and searched and searched and searched…..and was very nice the whole time! Eventually he found EXACTLY what we wanted but it was about 40 minutes away at another dealership. Without skipping a beat he went and got it for us! What a great guy! We worked very closely with Hunter to tidy up the deal and close the sale. Hunter is a true professional and was nothing less than kind and attentive to us, answering ALL of our questions and making us feel like we mattered. Hands down, two of the best :) Nicole was our finance person and from the very beginning we hit it off with her, she’s very personable and efficient. She knows what she’s doing and she does it well! This was the very first time buying a car. I found a very reliable listing through CarGurus, and after inquiring about the car. Josh swiftly called me and gave me details about the car. He was very professional and friendly, even when my mother was cranky I dragged her all the way down there without breakfast (my bad) after a few hours of testing the car and talking to Sam they gave me a very good deal with my budget. Sam the financial advisor answered all of my questions and concerns and broke the coverage plan into a very easy and simple pieces for me to process. Fairly easy process. Staff was kind. I wish the dealer had notified me of a couple things wrong with the truck such as a blinker not working, and the motorized tow mirrors not working. It would have been nice to know ahead of time.

definitely recommend this place. Buying a car should be fun and exciting, not stressful and exhausting. Its a great dealership with a very good selection of vehicles for all types. I personally like not feeling crowded rushed and like a cattle drive on a assembly line being pushed into a deal. You go in, nobody is jumping down your throat like vultures, they ask if you need help and help as needed, they take the time to answer all your questions and explain things as you go and there just regular relatable people during the entire process. I've stopped by on two previous occasions just exploring options with never any backlash or belittlement at my decision to not buy and thats what made me come back. My sales person was alba, who definitely made it a actual FUN experience and left me feeling like I made the right choice and had a good time doing it. Thanks to all for doing it right. I went to Autonation USA in Avondale. I bought my vehicle through a saleswoman named Alba. I have never been treated like this at a car dealership in my life. Alba listened to all of my needs and helped me find the perfect vehicle, at a great price too! There was a ton to choose from, and she had access to so many other vehicles if none of her locations worked. She even got me more than I was expecting on my trade in.
