Michele was very attentive and really understood my needs and wants. The finance dept took a little while to get my financing down to where I was comfortable but in the end thinking it over overnight ended up saving me $600. My sales associate, Michele, wasn’t able to assist with my final purchase & pick up, so another associate helped. He did okay, but he didn’t fill up my gas tank and didn’t ensure I had an inflation kit with my car before leaving the lot. Michele reached out the next day to congratulate me on my purchase and to ensure my needs were met. Edit: 4 March 2023 Upgraded from 3 to 5 stars because previous purchases were not great cars, but their return policy is solid. My most recent experience was great and prompted my change of mind. I was "just looking" for a car with over a month to buy. The salesman I worked with was Joey Greene. Great guy. Army Reservist. We hit it off and looked at a couple of cars. I found a 2019 Accent with low miles and decided to buy. I completed the purchase and needed to pickup the car the next day. Joey came out to my place to give me a ride to the dealership even though I offered to let him follow me home in my new purchase. All-in-all, great service. The remaining sales staff was great and I didn't have any issues with different members of staff interrupting to ask me about buying while Joey and I worked. This is a good spot to buy a car and I'll definitely work with them again.

I purchased a 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500HD(LBZ) at a reasonable price compared to the rest of the Valley. Nicholas Roether was a great guy and helped with the purchase. Just like any other dealer they checked the vehicle out and fixed what needed to be fixed before they let me drive off the lot. I was able to take it home but they had to order a part. Once they received that part(fuel guage sensor) I was able to go back and they installed it pretty fast.

First the good news. Everyone at this location was friendly and helpful. They had a good selection of vehicles and put a hold on the one we were interested in. The exterior detailing was good. Fill the gas tank (had a 150 drive to home). Now for the bad. The interior detailing was only so so. The owners manual was for another car. There were no floor mats (didn't really matter since we installed Weather Tech mats). There was no cover for the tow package. The front camera does not function.

A friend recommended selling our car to Autonation. I filled out a form, and O.T. from the Bell Rd. location called me back within minutes. He conveyed the offer and asked when we?d like to come in. We came in the same day. I was a little concerned they?d draw us in then lowball us or try to pressure us to trade the car in instead. But O.T. stuck to the offer and we had a check in hand within the hour. Could we have made a few more bucks selling it privately? Sure. But avoiding the tire kickers and hassle was worth its weight in gold. Especially with customer service like O.T. provided. We had previously purchased a car from a different Autonation dealer and had a positive experience. A little more haggle, but nothing like many of the dealers we?ve dealt with around town.

My sales rep O.T. was the best! He even went above and beyond for me. I had no money, and no way to get home. He gladly offered to take me home. As a service professional for over 30 years, I was blown away! I will buy cars here in the future.

This was my third vehicle purchase from AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Fiat Ram in Phoenix. I keep coming back because of the sales team they have and the way they go about their sales. I’ve never felt any high-pressure tactics used their sales men are always knowledgeable and I have always walked away feeling like I got over on them and question how they profited of me but… not my problem. I got the better half of the deal. I feel good every time I buy a car from them with no regrets. David Ayoth was my salesman this time and he was great I would request him if you end up shopping for a vehicle here. I could tell he has been around cars most his life. He’s young but could tell you more about cars than some veteran salesman. He knows more than the average salesman would about cars and it was interesting hearing him explain the actual mechanisms and features of different vehicles and how they worked it made me feel confident in the vehicle I picked and I absolutely love my new ram. He Worked and tried his best and got me a deal that I feel like they may not have made much money off of. When I showed up they didn’t have a vehicle that fit my budget so David spent the day searching for one at the other AutoNation‘s and found a perfect one for me I didn’t just get written off because I didn’t buy a vehicle right then and there when I walked in he actually tried and worked hard to find what I needed. they have a lifetime customer and all their salesman always try to find you exactly what you need. Each time I’ve needed something specific for my either budget whether it be monthly payments low total cost or to take title and downgrade. Never they upsold me they’ve always found me what I needed quickly and they’re super great to work with A+ for the sales team.

Great place to buy a car!

dealership has had my vehicle for 30 days now for a sunroof leak, they sent it to a "shop" called (Rocco's) they said they fixed the leak so I went to pick it up, got there and the entire sunroof cover was stained! I told them I can't accept my vehicle like this and they stated they would get it detailed so I agreed went back days later when they called and it was still stained! They said they were gonna order a new fabric. They had it for another week or so and sent it back to Rocco's they then said the shop found a leak and was ordering a "seal kit" so another week or so goes by and they call me and tell me it's all done I was super excited after 29 days. I went down there and it was still stained ! The new seal kit was bubbled up, there was shoe prints all over the interior and back of the seat some kind of fluid or juice on the rear seat a bottle of water in the door a couple scratches on the paint a sticker on the back hatch from a kid and a pair of kids socks in the trunk area like the took it on therir family road trip!!! Absolutely ridiculous I couldn't believe it i then said I want my money back and he stated his GM left, well he left because he knew I wanted my money back, the GM will not talk or show his face to anyone and hides behind doors. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle stay away from this place and save your time and go to a better dealership.i will be getting a lawyer involved depending how this situation pans out. Almost forgot to add that I only had the vehicle 2 weeks in my possession and am still paying the payment and insurance for something I don't have

Vanessa was an excellent salesperson for me. She helped me find a good dependable car. No uncomfortable high pressure sales tactics. Just a really decent nice person. No haggling needed just like they say. Which is a relief for people who don?t want to play the game. Also they do not charge a lot of extra fees like a lot of other dealerships do. Only a doc fee which is to be expected. Some other dealerships tag on ~$1,300 for ?1 Armor and tinting? which is rather vague and jacks up the price in addition to their doc fees. AutoNation is a very nice dealership. I would recommend it based on my experience.

I found a 2017 Chevy Volt with very low miles on sale at a very good price. I was very pleased with the deal. I checked the provided CarFax ( various documentation) and was immediately and thoroughly convinced that this was a really good deal. It was such a good deal that I was happy to pay a shipping fee to purchase the vehicle in Phoenix (where the dealer is located) and have it trucked to my home in Albuquerque, NM. The car itself arrived in exactly the shape advertised. However, it arrived at 7:45 am on a weekday while I was getting out the door and heading to work. I had no notice it would be delivered at this very inconvenient time, and was perplexed why a company would do something like this (pissing me off and making me late for work!). From there I was disappointed that the vehicle was missing its charging cord. It's a plug-in hybrid, so it can run off of gas alone, but the charge cord is pretty important to forget. I wouldn't have minded so much if they just put it in the mail and sent it to me. However, as of the writing of this review it has been over 3 weeks that I've been dealing with "customer service" at the dealer, and I still don't have a charging cord. Each time I talk to someone they say they'll get me a charger, or that it's in the mail, but then it never arrives. When I communicate back to them there's always some stupid excuse (we ordered the wrong charger, or it wasn't in stock at the place we were going to get it from). Going into the 4th week of not have a charger, I have gone online and bought one on my own. It was extremely easy to find in stock, and get shipped. So whatever completely incompetent process the dealer here is using is just ridiculous. And its because they've been so terrible at doing the simple task, that instead of focusing on a good car I bought at a good price, I have to waste hours of my life dealing with people seemingly incapable of ordering a cord on the internet. Long and short, based on my experience with this dealer, you can find a good car at a good price. But their service is woefully inconsiderate and impressively incompetent.

This might be different depending on the state, but I was looking to purchase a vehicle from out of state, and the dealership said I would have to pay Arizona taxes Colorado taxes (normally out of state sales, don't require any out of state taxes at all). Then, they tried to slap me with a $500 dealer handling fee, which they said was standard on all purchases. All in all, it would have been nearly an extra $1000 on top of listing price to buy the vehicle I wanted, so I said no thank you and found another dealership that only charged $120 for the same fees. Overall customer service was great, no pressure sales, but watch out for their added fees that are supposedly nonnegotiable!

My husband and I had a challenging Deal because our credit score is low. Our salesman was not pushy and treated us well. It took a several hours but we were able to get financed. They had a great selection of cars that fit the budget and financing parameters we needed. We will use Auto Nation again in the future.

Even though we told her we would likely not be purchasing today, she spent hours with us, test driving multiple cars, and asking questions, finding out what my son wanted and needed. I had THE BEST experience here, AGAIN! I bought my Z here 06/02/18 and worked with Mrs Jones on the purchase of the car. While I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, I was treated with respect and was never pressured into anything I didn’t want. She understood I had very little time to do anything so they worked with my schedule and completed the transaction in less than 3 hours. Knowing they were working with me and giving me so much flexibility made me feel like the buying experience was exceptional. I really cannot say enough good things about how my purchase was executed. 3 weeks later I had an issue with my used car and called the Manager Matt. He displayed professionalism and willingness to work with me. He got my issue resolved and ensured resolution right away. I would highly recommend not wasting your time at other dealers. Today we had the privilege of being with our daughter as she purchased a prior owned 2013 KIA Soul. The salesperson, John, and Travis, the sales manager bent over backwards to help her find what she could afford, and coming up with a payment that fit into her budget.
